We don’t ask for sensitive information such as health details. If you give us some (for example, to explain how to access a site safely), we use it only for that job.

Our technicians may take photos of your door, motor and site to record the work and support warranty claims. We keep these for our records.
We may use photos of completed work and customer reviews on our website and social media, including in project write-ups. When we do, we don’t publish personal contact details or street addresses, and we show the suburb or town only. We name your business only with your permission. If you don’t want photos of your site used, tell us and we won’t use them.
Reviews you post publicly, such as on Google, are already public. We may share or quote them.
